Introduction
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and account security.
Acceptable Use
- Do not post offensive, illegal, or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate others.
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any violations may result in immediate termination of your account.
Content Ownership and Rights
Your Content: You own your content but grant us a license to display it.
Our Content: We own all trademarks, logos, and proprietary content.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
SlamBuddy collects your full name, email ID, and an optional user photo (profile picture) for identification and contact purposes. We do not share this data with third parties.
You may voluntarily share your personal details with other users through the slambook feature. However, we are not responsible for any personal details shared by users within the app. Users can also share their slambook with other 'Slambuddies' within the app, at their discretion.
We do not target individuals under 18 years of age, and you must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
We do not collect any device information.
We request camera access for the purpose of allowing users to upload or take an image for their profile picture. To take photos, we use the system's native photo picker. By granting this permission, you consent to allow us to access your camera to capture or select photos for your profile.
SlamBuddy only collects the information necessary to provide our services and improve your experience. We do not share any user information with third parties, except where required by law.

Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including those posting objectionable or abusive content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any changes.

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) guidelines, please report it immediately. Your safety is our priority, and we will take immediate action.
